KOOL KIDS does not accept returns. However, defective items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

In order to make an exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:

• Customers must provide the original receipt with all the merchandise tags attached.

• Items must be in original condition: unwashed and unworn.

• Items exempt from exchange include swimwear, underwear and intimates, personal care items, and sanitary goods.
